Ms. Simonova serves as President and CEO for Birdview Properties. Ms. Simonova has extensive business management, sales and marketing experience having worked for large corporations and private companies in the US, Europe and Central America. Previously, Ms. Simonova held positions as a Gold Broker at one of the top precious metals brokerages in Los Angeles, as well as Credit Expert at an international business consulting company. Jenia is also an accomplished E-commerce entrepreneur and Founder of multiple E-commerce startups in technology, ethical fashion, and sustainable design.

 

Ms. Simonova applies her analytical and management skills to strategic acquisitions and repositioning of commercial properties around the US, delivering superior returns for investors. A native of Ukraine, Ms. Simonova brings her multicultural perspective and language skills to building successful investor relationships worldwide.

 

Ms. Simonova received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Yale University. Ms. Simonova is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, English, conversational Spanish, French, German and Italian. Her passion is mentoring women entrepreneurs.
